Preparation:
- 1 to 2 g of matcha in a cup or bowl.
- Add a small amount of hot water (60 to 80 °C) and mix until a smooth paste is formed.
- Top with 150 ml of hot water or milk of your choice.
✨ For an iced version: follow the same steps, then replace the hot water and hot milk with their cold equivalents. Serve over ice and enjoy.✨
